INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ABSTRACTS
Abstracts can be submitted for either
a) Symposium (in order to submit a symposium please submit the abstracts of the symposium individually and indicate on the online link the name of the symposium coordinator)
b) Individual talk
c) Poster with an option for oral flash talk.
Abstracts will be reviewed for acceptance based upon their scientific merit.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Abstracts must be submitted using the online submission link.
All abstracts must be submitted in English
The names and affiliations of ALL authors should be included in the abstract, i.e. department, institution, city, country
Abstracts of 200 words will be accepted. The following structure for abstracts is recommended.
You can check the status of abstracts submitted by logging in. Click on the abstract tab to track the review process.
Once your abstract has been reviewed you will also receive an email notification.
Keep note of your username and password so you can use these features.
The submitting author will be informed whether his/her abstract has been accepted.
