ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS EXTENDED UNTIL DECEMBER 1, 2021 ONLY FOR POSTER ABSTRACTS

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ABSTRACTS​

Abstracts can be submitted for either 

a) Symposium 

b) Individual talk

c) Poster with an option for oral flash talk

d) Poster

Abstracts will be reviewed for acceptance based upon their scientific merit.

 

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  1. Abstracts must be submitted using the online submission link. 

  2. All abstracts must be submitted in English

  3. The names and  affiliations of ALL authors should be included in the abstract, i.e. department, institution, city, country

  4. Abstracts of 200 words will be accepted. The following structure for abstracts is recommended.
    ·       Objective
    ·       Method
    ·       Results
    ·       Conclusion

  5. The ‘general area of the research’ should be indicated for each abstract (open field).

  6. For each abstract, it should be indicated (yes/no) whether the abstract should be considered for a poster pr esentation if  the symposium/talk is rejected.

 

TECHNICAL GUIDELINES:

By clicking on the above abstract submission button, you will be directed to the abstract submission page. Here you create a profile for yourself and will be able to submit an abstract.

 

If you would like to submit more than one abstract or if you are a symposium convener submitting on behalf of all presenters, please press the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the abstract submission page after adding the first abstract. You will be redirected to the next page where you will be offered to submit an additional abstract or sign out. If you choose to submit an additional abstract, you will be redirected back to the abstract submission page, where your profile details and the symposium name will be maintained and you will be able to submit the second abstract for the symposium.

This process will be repeated until all abstracts you would like to upload have been submitted.

 

ABSTRACT STATUS​

You can check the status of abstracts submitted by logging in. Click on the abstract tab to track the review process. 

Once your abstract has been reviewed you will also receive an email notification. 

Keep note of your username and password so you can use these features.

 

 

The submitting author will be informed whether his/her abstract/symposium has been accepted.
